I have a need for a Process Engineer for a chemical process plant in Chicago. I am doing some networking in order to locate a candidate. Below is a position description if you can think of anyone that might be a possible fit or who might know someone please let me know. Thank You.
Our client is a world leader in the manufacturing of specialty chemicals. Due to their continued growth they are seeking a Chemical Process Engineer for their Chicago facility. Reporting to the Technical Manager this key role will be responsible for providing process engineering support to the plant engineering, production and maintenance departments. Specifically it will involve process improvement, troubleshooting and debottlenecking. Process equipment includes heat exchangers, reactors, columns, pumps, and process control instrumentation such as control valves and pressure, temperature and level transmitters.
Requirements include a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering a minimum of 5 years of process design experience within an operating facility.
